At Choco Magica, we specialize in premium Belgian chocolates handcrafted in small batches.
Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, special care is taken to ensure safe and timely
delivery across India.
1. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across most major cities and serviceable pin codes in India through
reputed courier and cold-chain logistics partners.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, logistics constraints, or regional
restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹275 per order
Additional packaging charges may apply for bulk or multi-item orders requiring insulated or temperature-controlled packaging.
Orders above ₹2000 qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Final charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Packaging Standards
All chocolates are packed in food-grade, insulated packaging. During warm weather, gel packs and thermal liners are used to minimize melting risk.
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Customers can also track orders via the “My Orders” section on the website.
7. Failed Deliveries
Courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.
8. Damaged or Wrong Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will evaluate and provide a replacement or store credit as applicable.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
