Ruby Butter Cream Menon

Every chocolate reveals its story, but this one has a heartbeat. It all started with ruby cocoa beans disclosing their fruity secrets from West Africa and Latin America. Our chocolatier listened. He blended melted Belgian Ruby chocolate couverture with butter, and allowed it to transform into a creamy symphony. Finally the mixture is poured into hand-curated heart-shaped molds. When cooled, each bite highlighted the quality of butter, beans and craftsmanship- making a pink heart that not only melts on the tongue, but makes memories.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Recommended storage temperature 16°C to 20°c.
